Sebastian Breß

Researcher at German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), working with Volker Markl, IAM, and DIMA.

I received my PhD from University of Magdeburg, Germany in 2015, under the supervision of Gunter Saake and Jens Teubner. I am the initiator and system architect of the open source database system CoGaDB.

My research interests include data management on modern hardware, query compilation, and optimizing databases for heterogeneous processors.
